Glass Tiger is a Canadian rock - band .

The band was founded in 1980 under the name Tokyo and renamed Glass Tiger in 1986. In the fall of 1986 the debut album The Thin Red Line, produced by Jim Vallance , was released . The single Don't Forget Me (When I'm Gone) , on which Bryan Adams played, reached number 1 on the Canadian charts and number 2 on the American Billboard Hot 100 .

The following albums Diamond Sun (1988) and Simple Mission (1990) were less successful. In 1993 Air Time - The Best of the Best was released, a greatest hits album .

2005 reported Glass Tiger with the compilation No Turning Back: 1985-2005 back. In 2012, Then Now Next, a new studio album followed.
