Adami has been a member of the Italian national grass ski squad since 2003. This year she took part in a world championship for the first and only time and was able to place herself in the top ten in all competitions. She reached seventh place in the combination, eighth place in the giant slalom and eighth in the super-G, and ninth place in the slalom. At the junior world championships she was on the podium for the first time in 2003 in Goldingen . Behind her teammate Manuela Testa and the German Caroline Hertweck , she won the bronze medal in the Super-G, and she was fifth in the giant slalom. A year later she won the silver medal in the giant slalom behind the German Anna-Lena Büdenbender at the 2004 Junior World Championships in Rettenbach . At the Italian Championships, Adami finished three times in the medal ranks: in 2003 she was third in the giant slalom, in 2004 third in the Super-G and in 2006 second in the Super-G.
In the World Cup , the Italian was twice in the top ten in the overall ranking: In the 2004 season she reached ninth place overall with four top 10 results and in the 2005 season she was again tenth in the overall World Cup with four top 10 results. In 2003 and 2006 , she was twelfth overall. In 2007 Adami ended her career.
