Gloria Siebert
Gloria Siebert (born Kovarik until 1984, married Uibel until 1987; born January 13, 1964 in Ortrand ) is a former German athlete who started for the GDR until 1990 . At the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul, she won the silver medal in the 100-meter hurdles behind Bulgarian Jordanka Donkowa (gold) and ahead of West German Claudia Zaczkiewicz (bronze). For this success she was awarded the Patriotic Order of Merit in silver.

Gloria Siebert is the mother of the multiple German youth champion and vice junior European champion 2001 in the 110-meter hurdles Sebastian Siebert (born June 23, 1982).
