Glynn Pedersen (born April 29, 1981 in Thunder Bay ) is a former Canadian - British ski jumper .
Career
Pedersen initially competed for Canada and took part in the 1999 Nordic World Ski Championships in Ramsau . He finished 52nd on the large hill and 62nd on the normal hill. In 2000 Pedersen announced his move to Great Britain.
After a one-year ban , it started for the UK for the first time in the summer of 2001 . His best result was a seventh place in Calgary . It should be Pedersen's best result. In winter he mainly competed in the Continental Cup . A 14th place in Ishpeming Pedersen's greatest success was. He competed several times in the World Cup , but not once did he qualify. Pedersen took part in the 2002 Olympic Games in Salt Lake City , but did not qualify on either the large or normal hill.
After that, Pedersen surprisingly ended his career. To this day he is the most successful British ski jumper.
