Gniebitz is a hamlet of Falkenberg , a district of the municipality of Trossin in the district of Northern Saxony in Saxony .

Between Trossin and Falkenberg lies the hamlet of Gniebitz in the middle of the Feldmark on Kreisstraße 8901.
history
The hamlet was first mentioned in a document in 1223. In 1510 it was deserted and was also mentioned in 1601 as a deserted Mark. In the 16th century to the 18th century, the land was farmed again by farmers and the hamlet was rebuilt.
