architecture
The former "Nacken" villa is the somewhat smaller counterpart to the exemplary villa " Goeters " on the opposite corner plot. With their main façade, both are oriented towards a garden in front of Mittelstrasse and form an assembly of high urban value.
It is a free-standing two-storey villa building with a cubic structure on a high basement, topped with a high jamb . The sloping hip roof is covered with old hollow tiles .
Worth preserving as an ensemble of buildings completed by interior fittings and gardens, which can exemplarily document the appearance of a factory owner's villa from the early Wilhelminian era .
