The Goldsmith Glacier is a glacier in the East Antarctic Coatsland . It flows 10 km south of the Tailend Nunatak in a west-northwest direction through the Theron Mountains to the Bailey Ice Stream .
Participants in the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958) mapped and named him. It is named after the British doctor Rainer Goldsmith (* 1927), who came from Germany and was a member of the team ahead of this research trip.
