history

The label's first own release was the EP HipHop fickt Pop , which was also the official soundtrack for the film Halbe Brüder . Among other things, the comedian Tedros Teclebrhan played the role of Addi Blanco there. At the end of October 2015, the Berlin singer Adesse from the district of Zehlendorf was signed as the first artist . Sido commented on the first contract signing in GQ magazine as follows:

“One of my security officers told me about Adesse and showed me videos of him - after that I wanted to meet him immediately. [...] For my label Goldzweig, I was looking for someone who could bring the whole package and only needed a push - my contacts and a little bit of know-how. "

The Hamburg rapper Estikay followed in September 2016 . He has previously published a guest post on Sido's album VI .

The first song together is Die Jungs mit . It was released as a single on Estikay's debut album On Relaxed . In the accompanying music video, the artists appear together for the first time.
