VI is the sixth solo album by the Berlin rapper Sido . It was published by Universal on September 4, 2015 . The title VI refers to the chronology of the studio albums released so far, after which it is the sixth.
On September 11th, the album entered the German album charts at number three, while eight songs on the album also made it to the top 100 of the German single charts, including the number one hit Astronaut .

Similar to the previous album 30-11-80 , Sido no longer tries to focus on a gangster attitude, but wants to be perceived as a rapper who has turned to more adult and serious topics.
“The highest level has been reached, the final boss has been defeated, the game is over. What I could still do is establish a more mature rap. "
The album is particularly about problems in the world, Sido's past as a rapper and his current life with family and children. A common thread can be seen, which does not run right through the entire work, but primarily “spins” around former worries, fears and disputes.
