Gombe is a town and municipality in Angola .

Gombe is the seat of a municipality of the same name (Comuna) in the district ( Município ) of Nambuangongo , in the province of Bengo . The municipality has around 8,300 inhabitants (2013 estimate). From now on, the 2014 census will provide reliable population data.
After the main town of Gombe, Kicanga Samba is the most important place in the municipality.
economy
The community is dominated by agriculture. The smallholders and agricultural cooperatives in the district mainly grow cassava , bananas, sweet potatoes , corn, beans, peanuts and coffee .
