Gonzalo Castillo , full name Gonzalo Gabriel Castillo Cabral , (born October 17, 1990 in Melo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.79 meter tall defensive player Castillo was in the ranks of the then Uruguayan first division club Cerro Largo FC at least in the seasons 2009/10, 2011/12 and 2012/13 . In these three seasons he played in 3, 18 and 20 and thus in a total of 41 first division matches. He doesn't score a hit. In addition, there are two appearances (no goal) in the Copa Sudamericana 2012 for him. In 2013 he moved to Club Atlético Atenas . At the club from San Carlos , he played eleven games in the Segunda División in the 2013/14 season . He scored a goal. At the end of the season, his club rose to the highest Uruguayan league. In the 2014/15 season he was used 26 times (one goal) in the Primera División , but could not prevent immediate relegation with the club. During Apertura 2015, he played six league games (no goal). At the end of January 2016, he joined Deportivo Maldonado and scored one goal in 13 league appearances in the Clausura. At the beginning of August 2016, he moved to Club Atlético Torque , for which he completed eleven second division games (one goal) in the 2016 season.
