Gonzalo Garrido

Gonzalo Andrés Garrido Zenteno (born September 2, 1973 in Concepción ) is a Chilean cyclist .

Gonzalo Garrido won a stage in the Vuelta Ciclista de Chile in 2002 . The next year he became the Chilean road racing champion. In 2006 he and his team Lider Presto won the team time trial at the Vuelta Ciclista Lider al Sur , a stage at the Vuelta a Sucre and he became national champion again. The next year he was again successful with his team at the Vuelta Lider al Sur and he was able to defend his championship title. Garrido also won the second stage at Ascensión a los Nevados de Chillán. So far this has been followed by other national championship titles and stage wins in the Tour of Chile as well as successes in other South American races.
