Beginnings at Cerro

According to his club, the 1.80-meter-tall striker , who has played for the club since the Séptima , has been in the first division squad of the Uruguayan first division club Cerro since 2011 . In the Primera División 2011/12 he came in the first season to 30 missions, in which he scored eleven goals. Only three times he was not on the starting grid. Also in the 2012/13 season he was initially a regular player and scored two goals in ten missions. In November 2012, he then suffered a meniscus injury, the treatment of which resulted in a dispute between the player and the club. Mastriani also lost his place in the first team.

Alternating theater between Cerro and Parma

Mastriani's contractual relationship with the Montevideans ran until June 30, 2013. As early as July 2012, he was about to move to the Italian club AC Parma , which, according to club representatives, offered 1.2 million US dollars for 100% of the transfer rights . Although Cerro initially accepted, the change ultimately did not take place due to subsequent changes in the change conditions. In the reserve team of the Tercera he had been relegated as a result of the failed contract extension. In the 2013/14 season he was thus under contract with FC Parma. However, it was established in early August 2013 on loan to the Serie B playing FC Crotone passed. There he completed five league games. In January 2014, Parma loaned him to ND Gorica in Slovenia. For the Slovenes he was used in nine league games (one goal). He then moved to the Portuguese club SC Olhanense on loan in August 2014 . There he played in 29 games (five goals) in the Liga de Honra in the 2014/15 season . After initially returning to Parma FC, he continued his career in his native Montevideo from the beginning of August 2015. There he was in the squad of Club Atlético Rentistas , for which he played 23 first division matches in the 2015/16 season and scored five goals. In July 2016 he moved to Mexico to Tampico-Madero FC . By the end of the year, he had scored one goal in twelve league appearances. He then belonged to the squad of Alebrijes de Oaxaca FC in January 2017 without playing a competitive game. At the end of January 2017, he was signed by the Uruguayan first division club Sud América , for whom he has played in two first division games (no goal) in the 2017 season (as of March 4, 2017).

National team

Mastriani was called up by coach Óscar Tabarez in March 2012 in the squad of the Olympic team (U-23) and was used in a friendly against the U-20 of the country. He also played for the Uruguayan U-20 national team . On June 30, 2012 he scored a goal in the encounter against the Chilean selection. Because of his meniscus injury, he could not take part in the U-20 South American Championship 2013 in Argentina .
