Gora Otsechënnaja ( transcription from Russian Гора Сумгина ) is a nunatak in the East Antarctic Princess Elizabeth Land . In the Grove Mountains it rises just north of Mount Harding .
Russian scientists named him. It is named after the Russian geologist Michail Iwanowitsch Sumgin (1873–1942), a pioneer in researching permafrost soil .
