Goran Blažević (born June 7, 1986 in Split ) is a Croatian football goalkeeper . He has been under contract with Torpedo Moscow since 2014 .

Career

Blažević started his career in the youth department of Hajduk Split . At the age of 18 he moved to the now dissolved club HNK Trogir for two years on loan . In 2006 his contract with Hajduk was terminated. Blažević moved to NK Zagora Unešić in the summer . After he was rarely used there, he switched to NK Junak Sinj during the winter break . There he was used regularly.

After a year he then moved to the Croatian first division club HNK Šibenik , where he was immediately the goalkeeper. In December 2011, Šibenik dissolved Blažević's contract due to financial problems. In January 2012 he signed a four-year contract with his youth club Hajduk Split, where he should replace Danijel Subašić , who moved to AS Monaco . After a year and a half, he moved to the Bulgarian club Levski Sofia for the 2013/14 season .

National team

After playing in the U-16 and U-17, Blažević was no longer nominated for other U-national teams. In 2012 he was nominated for the first time in a friendly against an HNL selection.
