The owners of Gerfin were Henning Franz von Münchow , President of the Köslin court, and after his death in 1753 his three sons. After they died without leaving any heirs, Gerfin fell to her sister Franziska Louise von Münchow . She bequeathed Gerfin to her sister's children, one of Ückermann's children . In the course of the 19th century, the owner families changed several times.
