Gordon Dukes ( Gordon Bennett Dukes ; born December 23, 1888 in Kobe , Japan , † August 1966 in Barcelona , Spain ) was an American pole vaulter .
In 1911 he became US indoor champion and set his personal best with 3.835 m.
At the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912, he was eighth with 3.65 m.
Gordon Dukes was a graduate of Cornell University .
