Gottfried Schneider (politician, 1847)
Gottfried Friedrich Karl Johannes Schneider (born June 24, 1847 in Unna ; † May 12, 1905 in Karlsbad ) was a German lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .
Life
Schneider attended grammar school in Gütersloh and studied law at the universities of Bonn , Heidelberg and Berlin . In 1876 he became district judge in Dortmund and on October 1, 1879 district judge in Essen .
From 1890 to 1893 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency district of Arnsberg 7 ( Hamm , Soest ) and the National Liberal Party . Between 1892 and 1893 he was also a member of the Prussian House of Representatives .
