Gottlieb Full

Friedrich Daniel Gottlieb Full (* 14. March 1880 in Würzburg , † after 1946) was a German Reichsgerichtsrat and Kassationshofpräsident in Munich.

Life

The Catholic Lower Franconian passed the first state examination ("Grade I") in Würzburg in 1904, the second in 1907 ("Grade II"). From 1908 to 1911 he was a lawyer in Munich. In 1911 he entered the Bavarian civil service as III. Public prosecutor at the regional court of Regensburg . From 1911 to 1912 he was a member of the liberal club in Regensburg. In 1911 he joined the Bavarian Judges' Association, to which he belonged until 1933. He worked at the Munich District Court from mid-April 1914 until New Year's Day 1920. In 1920 he was appointed second public prosecutor at the Munich I district court . In 1927, Full became a district judge there. From April 1932, Full was a senior public prosecutor at the District Court of Munich II . In 1932 or 1933 he was promoted to regional court director and seconded to the Reichsgericht as assistant judge . He was involved as a supplementary judge in the Reichstag fire trial. In 1934 or 1935 Full was appointed Reich judge. Full was in IV. , II. And VI. Criminal Senate busy. He was a member of the Court of Honor at the Reich Bar Association . In August 1941 he was retired due to incapacity for work.

After 1945 he became chairman of a court in Munich. In 1946, Fulls was appointed President of the Court of Cassation in Munich. This " Court of Cassation in the Bavarian State Ministry for Special Tasks " ultimately overturned decisions of the arbitration chamber proceedings . Initially, the general plaintiff Thomas Dehler and Full shared a room in the State Chancellery .
