Gröps is a small village that belongs to the town of Schneverdingen in the Heidekreis district in Lower Saxony .
It is about 7 km south of the city center and about 1.5 km east of Langeloh on the K 33. The Heidebahn runs through Gröps . There are five farms in Gröps, but not all of them are managed. Until the regional reform in 1974 Gröps belonged to the municipality of Langeloh.
