Grażyna Długołęcka

Grażyna Długołęcka (born August 25, 1951 in Łódź ) is a Polish actress .

Grażyna Długołęcka first graduated from music school in 1969 with a violin subject. She later studied acting at the Łódź Film School and graduated in 1976. She made her film debut in 1972. She was best known for the lead role in Walerian Borowczyk's film The Story of a Sin . However, the very revealing role based on a work by Stefan Żeromski did not really get her film career rolling. Later she received few offers for films. From 1980 to 1983 she was part of the Teatr Powszechny ensemble in Łódź. There she was seen in monodramas , for which she composed the music herself. After this engagement, she left Poland and went to Sweden , where she continued to work as an actress at theaters in Malmö and at the Royal Dramatic Theater in Stockholm . Today she lives in Italy and continues to play theater there.
