The grave slab in the church of St-Roch in Blésignac , a French commune in the Gironde department of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region , was created at the beginning of the 16th century. In 1908, the tombstone was added to the list of architectural monuments in France as a monument historique .

The grave slab, which was later integrated into the wall of the nave, shows the reclining figure of a now unknown priest. The head of the dead is surrounded by a cherubim and two angels. The angel on the left receives the soul of the dead, which is represented in the form of a naked person. The clothing of the dead, a tunic , is kept in the style of the Renaissance .
