Graciela Muslera
Graciela Muslera Méndez (born April 14, 1963 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan politician .
The architect , who was a communist activist of the Unión de Juventudes Comunistas in the final phase of the Uruguayan civil-military dictatorship, which lasted from 1973 to 1985 , but left this party at the beginning of the 1990s, is a member of the Movimiento de Participación Popular (MPP). Between 2000 and 2005 she worked in the secretariat of the Senator and Mrs. José Mujicas Lucía Topolansky . In 2007 she was appointed Vice President of the Agencia Nacional de Vivienda (ANV). As a member of the Frente Amplio, Muslera took over the management of the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment from Carlos Colacce on March 1, 2010 . At the beginning of June 2012 she was replaced in the ministerial office by Francisco Beltrame .
