The Grains Gill is a small river in the Lake District , Cumbria , England . The Grains Gill arises on the northern flank of the Great End Fell and flows in a northerly direction between the Seathwaite Fell in the west and the Glaramara in the east. Above the hamlet of Seathwaite , it forms the River Derwent when it meets the Styhead Gill .
