Gralingen ( Luxembourgish : Grooljen ) is a village in the municipality of Pütscheid , Canton Vianden , in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg .

Gralingen is located in the southwest of the municipality in the Our Nature Park . The CR 320A runs through the village. Neighboring towns are Merscheid in the north and Hoscheid in the west .

General and history

Gralingen is a rural place. The village was first mentioned in 1319 as Graildingen . 1506 the place is called Gradlingen . The population development in Gralingen has been very positive in recent years. With 255 inhabitants, Gralingen is now the most populous village in the municipality.

The Catholic branch church St. Lambertus was built in the neo-Gothic style between 1892 and 1893. It belongs to the Merscheid parish.
