Gramercy Residences is the name of a skyscraper in Makati , Philippines . The wide building, characterized by recesses, reached its height of 250 meters in April 2011 and thus took on the rank of by far the tallest building in the city and the country. It is the first and so far only high-rise of this size in Makati. The 72 floors of the building house apartments as well as additional facilities such as restaurants, a daycare center, fitness center or a cinema. The construction phase was completed at the end of 2012. At this point all units had already been sold.

During the construction period, the plan height was given as 302 instead of 250 meters.
