The building at Grandlstrasse 68 in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was constructed between 1895 and 1900. The house in the country house style is registered as a protected monument as a single monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The building with corner turrets initially belonged to Marsopstrasse of the Pasing II villa colony .

The hipped roof building originally had a wooden central balcony, which was replaced by an iron structure during the renovation in 1997. During this renovation, the interior of the house was also changed.
