history

With their debut album “Niggamortis” (renamed “6 Feet Deep” a little later for marketing reasons) Gravediggaz made it into the charts in 1994. The work with the single "Diary Of A Madman" landed in the top 40 of the US pop album charts. In 1997 her most successful album "The Pick, The Sickle And The Shovel" followed.

Frukwan and Too Poetic were not only optically always in the center of Gravediggaz, the two were the most important songwriters of the band. The 2002 album “Nightmare In A Minor” (“Nightmare in A Minor ”) was the product of the duo's collaboration. Too Poetic died of colon cancer shortly after the plant was completed on July 15, 2001. Frukwan released his solo album Life in 2003 .
