The Greene Point is an ice-covered headland at the Borchgrevink Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is located 11 km northeast of Andrus Point on the shores of Lady Newnes Bay .
The United States Geological Survey mapped them based on their own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1969 after the British biologist Stanley Wilson Greene (1928-1989), who from 1964 to 1965 worked on the McMurdo station .
