Gregor M. Lepka

Gregor M. Lepka (born August 7, 1936 in Salzburg ; † August 20, 2016 ) was an Austrian author . He lived in Thalheim near Wels .

life and work

After emigrating to New Zealand in 1956, the author worked as a post office worker, tourist guide and seasonal worker and studied English literature. After returning to Austria in the early 1960s, he worked in the insurance industry. The "reversed view" of the antipode of the world is often reflected in his work. In the volume of poetry, The View of Things , physical confusion emerges as the order of things. "Physical irritation // I trust the water / to flow upwards / if only it wants to."
