Griffith Island is an island in the Windmill Islands archipelago off the Budd coast of Wilkesland, East Antarctica . It is located at the southern entrance to the Robertson Canal in Vincennes Bay .

The island was mapped using aerial photographs from the US Operation Highjump (1946-1947) and Operation Windmill (1947-1948). The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them after Russell B. Griffith, senior firefighter at Wilkes Station in 1958.
