Großarreshausen is a district of the municipality of Schweitenkirchen in the Upper Bavarian district of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm . The village is about four kilometers north of Schweitenkirchen and can be reached via the PAF 23 district road .

Großarreshausen was incorporated on May 1, 1978 as part of the previously independent municipality of Geisenhausen as part of the municipal reform in Schweitenkirchen.
