The large high box is with a height of 2389 m above sea level. A. the highest mountain in the Styrian part of the Dead Mountains . The name refers to the shape of the mountain from the view from the Hinterstoder valley. The summit is rarely visited due to its remoteness. Some climbing routes run through the large northeast face.
Ascent
There is no marked ascent to the summit. The normal route leads from Dietlgut through the Prenterkar to the Kleiner Hochkasten and on to the summit.
