location

architecture

The building was erected as part of a group of three houses that are related to one another in terms of formal design. It is designed as a two-storey plastered building on a star-shaped floor plan in the forms of Cubist Expressionism . The horizontal structure is limited to a slightly detached basement.

The building is accessed from the right side axis. A single flight of stairs leads to the house entrance, which has just been cut into the wall surface. The windows are designed as rectangles of different formats and are arranged in a varying arrangement. The central-axial, acute-angled building design shows a window on each floor and on each side, whereas those on the upper floor are smaller and formulated as a horizontal rectangle.
