architecture
The building was erected as the focal point of a group of three houses that are related in terms of formal design. It is designed as a two-storey plastered building on a star-shaped floor plan in the forms of Cubist Expressionism . Horizontal division through the offset basement plinth and protruding eaves cornice . Access to the building from the right side axis.
A single flight of stairs leads to the multi-profiled entrance to the house, which is protected by a console-supported wooden canopy. The arrangement of the differently formulated window openings emphasize the unusual shape of the building. The central-axial, acute-angled building shows a high arched window on each side on the ground floor ; above that on the upper floor two smaller rectangular windows. In the flat wall surface on the right and left flanking a small vertical rectangular window in each storey in a staggered arrangement.
On all windows (the front of) shutters recent. On the side fronts on each floor there is a single window as a transverse rectangle. In front of the rear is a later extension (before the Second World War ) with a segmental arch. The entire width of the wall surface of the basement is dissolved as a window; the curve of the floor above opens up five arched windows connected by a cornice .
The large roof terrace of the porch opens up the upper floor of the original building, which here also has the original star-shaped floor plan. The elongated extension on the right of the basement is from the 1970s and not worth protecting. A slate-covered bell roof with three round-arched dormers completes the building. The front garden delimiting the street is to be included in the protected position without any fencing.
