description

Grave 1

Grave 1 has an east-west oriented rectangular barren bed with a length of 26 m and a width of 12 m. A stone enclosure is no longer there. At the eastern end there is a transverse burial chamber , which is a large dolmen . The wall stones are almost completely in place. On the long sides there are three stones, in the east in situ , in the south almost in situ. The narrow sides each had two end stones. One stone is missing in the north, the second has been carried away. Of the southern stones, the eastern one acted as a wall stone. The smaller western one, however, served as a threshold stone at the entrance to the chamber. One of the capstones fell into the interior of the chamber and one was dragged south. The third is missing. The burial chamber has a length of 3 m and a width between 1 m and 1.4 m. There are numerous small stone slabs around the chamber, they probably come from the spandrel masonry and the pavement. It can therefore be assumed that the chamber was robbed.

Grave 2

At least nine stones of the grave chamber from grave 2 are still preserved. The exact type of chamber cannot be determined.

Grave 3

Grave 3 has a burial chamber, which is a large dolmen. It was originally encased in a rolling stone hill, the remains of which can still be seen. At least seven stones have been preserved from the chamber.
