Great stone graves near Schmargendorf

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The megalithic graves near Schmargendorf were several megalithic tombs of unknown number, probably from the Neolithic funnel cup culture near Schmargendorf , a district of Angermünde in the Uckermark district ( Brandenburg ). They were destroyed during road construction in the 19th century. No information is available about the number, dimensions, orientation and type of graves. According to Leopold von Ledebur , urns were found near Rosinsee , although it is not clear whether there is a connection to the graves here.
