Great stone grave Katschow

The large stone grave Katschow was a megalithic grave of the Neolithic funnel cup culture near Katschow , a district of Dargen on Usedom in the district of Vorpommern-Greifswald ( Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania ). It was destroyed at the end of the 1850s to obtain building material for the road from Swinoujscie to Usedom . Its exact location is not known, only that it was near the road. Information on the dimensions, orientation and type of the grave is also not available. With its destruction were numerous flint - hatchets found whose whereabouts are unknown.
