Grosostraße 12 (Graefelfing)
The building Grosostraße 12 in Gräfelfing , a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Munich , was built in 1915-16. The Villa in historicist style is a protected monument .
The two-storey rectangular building with a mansard hipped roof , dwarf house , dormers and balcony has an outside staircase to the garden. The garden with a central ground floor and garden figures was laid out at the same time.
