history

Grossmann Jet Service was founded in 2004 by the Austrian Dagmar Grossmann as a joint venture with the Karel Komárek Group , which has owned all the shares since 2014.

Initially, the Czech market was developed or built up purely as an intermediary. In 2005, after receiving the Air Operator's Certificate , the construction of a fleet began with an aircraft. In 2008 this was expanded to include two jet aircraft . In September of the same year, a Business Jet Set Up Center was opened in Prague to provide advice on purchasing an aircraft.

Grossmann Jet Service has 25 employees and a turnover of 260 million CZK (2008). A cooperation network GJS operates as a European charter airlines of business travel . Other core activities are brokerage, aircraft management / operations and consulting in the area of business aviation .

In addition to its activity as a private air transport operator for business travelers of all management levels, entrepreneurs and VIPs, the company also provides financial advice on the acquisition of a company's own jet as well as advice in the field of air transport on the selection and training of pilots and flight personnel . According to the company, it is able to prepare an aircraft for departure within 120 minutes of completing the order. Grossmann Jet Service operates the Embraer Legacy with a capacity for thirteen passengers, the Hawker 900XP for eight passengers and the Cessna Citation CJ2 for six passengers.

In September 2008, Grossmann Jet Service opened the first Business Jet Set-Up Center in the Central and Eastern European countries of Prague, which provides consulting services in the field of business aviation.
