The KKCG SE is a Czech conglomerate based in Limassol , Cyprus , in 1996 jun Karel Komárek. was founded with his father. It encompasses a range of oil , gas , industrial and investment companies . In 2006 the company was converted to an SE (European Company) with its registered office in Cyprus. There are still branches in Switzerland , the Netherlands , Germany , Greece , Great Britain and the Czech Republic .

The Vítkovice machinery group is a mechanical engineering company, supplier of power plants and active in steel construction . The company was originally founded in 1828 as Eisenwerk Rudolfshütte to manufacture the Kaiser Ferdinands-Nordbahn . Later it was called Witkowitzer Eisenwerke (Czech Vítkovické železárny , VŽ) until the nationalization in 1945 . KKCG Industry has a minority stake in the company and Vítkovice Holding.

MND Group
The MND Group (Moravské naftové doly), headquartered in Hodonín, is the largest drilling company in the Czech Republic. It looks for oil and natural gas and sells it. In the Czech Republic, 5,000 barrels of oil and 250,000 m³ of gas are produced every day, while abroad ( EU , Middle East , North Africa , the former Soviet Union , Pakistan ) up to 250 million barrels of oil are produced every year. It also operates the Czech underground gas storage facilities in Uhřice with a volume of 180 million m³ and Dambořice with a volume of 460 million m³ as well as the German underground gas storage facilities in Stockstadt am Rhein and Hähnlein with a total of 250 million m³.
Since 2014 MND sold in the Czech Republic natural gas to households and small customers and about the Czech brown coal - power plant Chvaletice active in the electricity market.

Sazka
Sazka is the largest lottery company in the Czech Republic with a market share of around 93 percent. The investment group KKCG was only involved in the 1956 founded Czech state lottery monopoly Sazka. In 2011 the Sazka company ran into serious financial difficulties due to the construction and operation of the Sazka Arena and was on the verge of bankruptcy . OPAP
OPAP is the former state-owned lottery and sports betting provider of Greece and was founded in 1958. In 2013, the approx. 33 percent of the OPAP shares held by the Greek state were sold to the Czech-Greek consortium Emma Delta Ltd for a total of 712 million euros. The KKCG Group for its part holds 44.7 percent of the shares in Emma Delta.
