Guðmundur "Gummi" Steinarsson (born October 20, 1979 ) is an Icelandic football player.

Career

Guðmundur Steinarsson began his career at Keflavík ÍF , with which he played for most of his career and over and over again. In 2009 he was under contract with the Liechtenstein club and Swiss super-league club FC Vaduz before returning to Keflavík.

National team

"Gummi" played three times for Iceland . He made his debut on September 6, 2008 in a World Cup qualifier against Norway (final score: 2: 2) when he came on in the 74th minute for Emil Hallfreðsson .
