The Guandi Temple of Xiezhou ( Chinese  解 州 關帝廟  /  解 州 关帝庙 , Pinyin Xièzhōu Guāndìmiào , English Guandi Temple in Xiezhou / Xiezhou Guan Yu Temple ) in the large community of Xiezhou in the Yanhu district of the Yuncheng city in the Chinese province of Shanxi is a temple dedicated to Guan Yu , dating back to earlier times , the current buildings of which date from the Qing Dynasty .

The Xiezhou area is the home of Guan Yu ( 关羽 ), who is venerated in the temple - the largest Guandi temple in China and one of the most important sites of Daoism .

The Guandi Temple of Xiezhou ( Xiezhou Guandi miao ) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (3-130) since 1988 .

With the Guanling Mausoleum (in Dangyang , Hubei Province ) and the Guanlin Temple (or tomb of the head, in Luolong , Hebei Province ), it is one of the three great Guan Yu temples in China.
