The Guide River is a river in the northwest of the Australian state of Tasmania .
geography
River course
The river rises about five kilometers southwest of the settlement of Tewkesbury , about eight kilometers northeast of the Hellyer Gorge . From there it flows north and flows into the Cam River about four kilometers north of the small town of Ridgley .
