Guillaume Faury

Guillaume Faury (born February 22, 1968 in Cherbourg ) is a French engineer. He has been CEO of Airbus SE since April 10, 2019 . In this position he is the successor to Tomas Enders .

Life

Faury studied at the École polytechnique in Paris until 1990 and then at the Institut Supérieur de l'Aéronautique et de l'Espace in Paris. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was President of Airbus' commercial aircraft business, a role he had held since February 2018. From 2013 to 2018 he was Chief Executive Officer of Airbus Helicopters . Between 2009 and 2013 he worked at Groupe PSA .

Guillaume Faury is married and has three children.
