Remarks

  1. The 2 international matches in 1995 and 1996 given by National Football Teams are credited to David Guillermo Hernández González , who was born in Poza Rica on June 25, 1973 , at the Mexican Football Association and are therefore not taken into account.
  2. It can be assumed that the nickname Campeoncito refers to the nickname of the football player of the same name, who was born in 1942 and was called El Campeón . Following this assumption, Guillermo Hernández Medina is likely to be the son of Guillermo Hernández Sánchez . Sources to confirm this are not known. However, in Mexico it is not uncommon for the son to be associated with his father's nickname in this way, for example Javier Hernández , called Chicharo , and his son Javier , called Chicharito .
