course

The Gumpebach rises from several sources northeast of Nordhausen. Before it reaches the city park in Nordhausen, it flows in a westerly direction. He crosses the city park itself from north to south. In the park, it is dammed into several ponds and wetlands. Before it joins Zorge, it turns in a south-westerly direction.
