Gunnar Butenschön

Gunnar Butenschön (born May 2, 1960 in Hamburg ) is a Hamburg politician ( AfD , formerly: Schill , center ).

Life

Butenschön is married and has two children. He completed his apprenticeship as a sheet metal fitter in 1979. In 1981 he obtained the technical college entrance qualification . He practiced his profession in various Hamburg companies. At the same time he attended evening classes at the Hamburg Master School. In 1989 he passed the master craftsman's examination as a metalworker. Since 1990 he has been working as an independent entrepreneur in the metal construction sector. He is a member of the Confederation of Self-Employed.

politics

Butenschön joined the rule of law offensive party in September 2000 . From October 2001 to March 2004 he was a member of the citizenship of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg . As citizenship deputy he was a member of the Youth and Sports Committee and the Economic Committee. In the 2015 mayor election , he ran for 20th place on the AfD state list and 2nd place on the Alstertal-Walddörfer constituency list , but failed to make it into the citizenry.
