Gunnarkampen ( Russian Гора Пирогова Gora Pirogowa ) is a mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the mountains of Sør Rondane it rises in the north-eastern part of the Isachsenfjella .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named him in 1973 after the Norwegian polar explorer Gunnerius Ingvald Isachsen (1868-1939), head of the fourth Antarctic expedition with the Norvegia (1930-1931), financed by the Norwegian whaling entrepreneur Lars Christensen .
