Gustav Bertram

Gustav Bertram (born October 20, 1883 in Wesermünde - Wulsdorf , † February 20, 1963 in Oldenburg ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Life

Bertram took part in the First World War as a soldier . As early as the 1920s, Bertram took on functions within the NSDAP, from 1923 as deputy treasurer, chairman of party committees and district judge. After the National Socialistseizure of power ”, Gaufachschaft advisor “ Reichsbahn ” and from 1934 Gauamtsleiter in the Reichsbund der German officials .

In 1933 he belonged to the Oldenburg State Parliament and was Mayor of Oldenburg from 1934. On March 12, 1942, Bertram joined the National Socialist Reichstag as a replacement for the resigned MP Josef Wagner , in which he represented constituency 18 (Westphalia South) and constituency 14 until the end of Nazi rule in spring 1945.

Bertram was also the holder of the golden party badge .
